Night Market Gala 2025
We regretfully announce that our Night Market Gala has to be rescheduled. We will follow up with additional updates, when available.
However, we are pivoting to provide an event tomorrow evening for all registered attendees.
We will still have an event tomorrow. Instead, we will have a more casual event with our out of town guests – featured speaker Jason Chu and Michelle K. Hanabusa with UPRiSERS. We are still very excited to have them with us. We will be rescheduling our full Night Market Gala, at a later date to be determined once damages from the tornado can be managed by the venue. This event is for the attendees and vendors who were already planning to take part in our event tomorrow night. Please check your email for details.
If you do not receive the communication, please contact us at info@ocastlouis.org as we have been having technical issues from our event communication platform.
Letter to the Governer
Our board was invited to attend a Lunar New Year event hosted at the state capitol. It was a chance to represent the AANHPI community and be a reminder that the Asian American community is present and active here in the state. Our board also drafted a letter and sent it to the incoming governor, using our voice to speak up for our community and the need for accurate representation of the Asian Americans and immigrant populations that live and work in the state.
This is part of our work as an AANHPI advocacy organization in St. Louis. We are proud to represent and advocate on behalf of the diverse Asian community in the region, as well as support and advocate for all foreign born, POC, and underrepresented groups. By advocating for change, we make our city a more welcoming place for all of us. You can read our full address by clicking on the letter below.
